Adenuga Afro-Latin Dance & Wellness offers 2 types of class structures: Series and Open.

Series Class Policies

• Series classes occur weekly for a period of 8 weeks. These classes are designed to be progressive, meaning that each week students will build on their dance vocabulary and musicality in a gradual and approachable way.
• These classes require students to pre-register online at least 2 hours in advance via Ubindi. Classes that do not meet minimum enrollment 2 hours before class start time are subject to cancellation, so please be sure to pre-register!
• We will notify you of a class cancellation by email via Ubindi, which is the platform students use to register for classes. Refunds will also be done through Ubindi platform. As such, please be sure to use an updated email when registering for classes, so that we are able to reach you.
• If you pre-register for a class and do not show up, you will still be charged for this class.

Open Class Policies

• Open classes have a different lesson each week, as opposed to the series classes that are curriculum based, and designed to build on established dance material each week.
• These classes require you to pre-register online at least 2 hours in advance via Ubindi. Classes that do not meet the minimum enrollment 2 hours prior to class start time are subject to cancellation, so please be sure to pre-register!

Minimum Enrollment Policy

All classes at Adenuga Afro-Latin Dance & Wellness require a 2 person minimum enrollment.  If a class has low enrollment 2 hours before, this class may be cancelled by the instructor or the teacher may choose to offer the pre-registered student a private lesson for the reduced price of $30-$50.  As such, please be sure to pre-register for each class that you want to take, so that your instructor will know 2 hours before if their minimum enrollment has been met.

Refund Policy for all Classes

All sales are final, with the only exception being if the class is cancelled by your instructor. However, you may apply the payment for your pre-purchased classes to a future class you would like to take.

Private Lesson Cancellation Policy

Please cancel a private lesson with 24 hours notice or you will still be charged for the instructor’s time. You may also apply your payment to a rescheduled lesson at instructor’s discretion.

Observation Policy

We allow observation of adult classes when it is done by students waiting to take the next class. Observation by parents is not permitted for kids/teens classes.
